Consultation & Feasibility Analysis

We begin with a free consultation to understand your needs and assess the feasibility of your property, including zoning checks and a preliminary budget overview. Downpayment: Free

Duration: 1 week

Model Selection

You select one of our four pre-designed Tiny House models. Our team will help you choose the model that best fits your needs and property. Downpayment: 10% of project value

Duration: 4 weeks (may vary by city/town)

Permitting & Approvals

We take care of all permitting processes and coordinate with local authorities, ensuring full compliance with Massachusetts building codes and regulations. Downpayment: 15% of project value

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks (depending on site conditions)

Site Preparation

Site preparation, including clearing, foundation installation, and utility connections, is performed by a licensed sitework subcontractor coordinated and managed by MassDwell. We handle contractor selection, scheduling, and oversight so you don't have to. This work is included in your project scope and priced at cost.

Duration: 6 to 8 weeks

Manufacturing & Quality Assurance

Your Tiny House is manufactured in our facility, following strict standards of quality and sustainability. Downpayment: 35% of project value

Duration: 1 week

Delivery & Installation

We handle transport and installation of your Tiny House on your site, complete utility connections, and perform a final inspection, delivering your move-in ready home. Downpayment: 40% of project value (balance due upon installation)

Duration: Immediate after installation

Move-In & Support

We provide a detailed walk-through of your new home, deliver all documentation, and remain available for ongoing support or future upgrades. Downpayment: No additional payment
