From design to delivery, we manage every stage with speed, care, and technical expertise, so our clients get more than a structure. How Massdwell works?

Our process, step by step

Duration: 1 week

Consultation & Feasibility Analysis

We begin with a free consultation to understand your needs and assess the feasibility of your property, including zoning checks and a preliminary budget overview. Downpayment: Free

Duration: 1 week

Model Selection

You select one of our four pre-designed Tiny House models. Our team will help you choose the model that best fits your needs and property. Downpayment: 10% of project value

Duration: 4 weeks (may vary by city/town)

Permitting & Approvals

We take care of all permitting processes and coordinate with local authorities, ensuring full compliance with Massachusetts building codes and regulations. Downpayment: 15% of project value

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks (depending on site conditions)

Site Preparation (Subcontracted)

Site preparation—including clearing, foundation installation, and utility connections—is the responsibility of the client and must be performed by a licensed company of their choice. This step is not included in MassDwell’s scope, but we provide technical guidance to ensure everything meets the requirements for Tiny House installation. Downpayment: Contracted directly by the client

Duration: 6 to 8 weeks

Manufacturing & Quality Assurance

Your Tiny House is manufactured in our facility, following strict standards of quality and sustainability. Downpayment: 35% of project value

Duration: 1 week

Delivery & Installation

We handle transport and installation of your Tiny House on your site, complete utility connections, and perform a final inspection, delivering your move-in ready home. Downpayment: 40% of project value (balance due upon installation)

Duration: Immediate after installation

Move-In & Support

We provide a detailed walk-through of your new home, deliver all documentation, and remain available for ongoing support or future upgrades. Downpayment: No additional payment

From initial approval to on-site installation, most projects are completed within 8–12 weeks, depending on permitting and site prep.
